Shipping Policy

At Nou Hair Studio, we are committed to delivering your order with care and efficiency. Please review our shipping terms before placing your order:

Processing Time

• All orders require up to 3 business days for processing before shipment.

• Orders are processed Monday through Friday only.

Shipping Timeframes

• U.S. & Canada: Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days.

• International Orders: Please allow 7–10 business days, depending on your location.

• You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Method & Fees

• We ship via FedEx, DHL, Purolator or Canada Post using the following packaging options:
  Flat Rate Envelopes, Flat Paks, and Medium/Large Boxes.

• Flat shipping rate applies to all Canadia orders.

• International shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

Signature Required

• All shipments require a signature upon delivery.

• Nou Hair Studio is not liable for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by signature.

Package Inspection

Please examine your package before signing for delivery. Refuse the package if any of the following apply:

• Flat Rate Envelope: Feels completely flat — refuse the package.

• Flat Pak: Appears deflated or unusually flat — refuse the package.

• Medium/Large Box: Shake both boxes together — if it feels hollow, refuse the package.

Shipping Address Verification

• We only ship to confirmed addresses. Your shipping address must match the billing address linked to your debit, ATM, or checking account.

• Orders with unverified addresses will not be processed.

Sales & High-Demand Periods

• During sales or promotional events, please allow up to 8–15 business days for processing and delivery.

International Orders & Customs

• International customers may incur additional customs duties or import charges.

• These fees are not covered by Nou Hair Studio and are the responsibility of the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy

• All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

• Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Exchanges (Upon Management Approval)

Exchanges may be approved if:

• You contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

• Hair is unused, unaltered, and in original packaging unopened.

• A $20 restocking fee applies.

• Return shipping is paid by the customer.

We accept exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the product is in its original condition and packaging un-opened. Please note that extensions that have been opened/tampered with are not able to be exchanged. Exchanges will only be replaced with the same item/texture ALL products are non-refundable & FINAL SALE.

To ensure longevity and maintain the quality of your hair:

• Gently wash your extensions with sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner.

• Air dry or use a low-heat blow dryer.

• Store your extensions properly in a satin or silk bag to prevent tangling and damage.

With proper care, our wigs and extensions can last up to 12 months or more, depending on the product and how often it’s worn. Our high-quality hair is designed to maintain its softness and durability with consistent care.

The number of hair bundles you need will vary depending on the hair texture and your desired volume.

• For lengths 12"-20": We recommend 2 or more bundles for weft extensions

• For lengths 22"-30": We recommend 3 or more bundles.

• For tape-in extensions , we recommend 200g for a full head, however, please consult with your stylist

Other factors to consider are your installation method. Please ask your stylist for a more accurate estimate.
